The home page, visible both when a pirate logs in, and as one of the tabs on the notice board, displays the freeplay puzzle status, and relevant information to the pirate, depending on their crew status. If the pirate does not have access to all the puzzles, either by being a non-subscriber on a subscriber ocean, or through lacking the requisite badges on a doubloon ocean, then the lower portion of the box will display a button which will take the pirate to either the subscription page, or the palace shoppe. The freeplay box will show, by means of colored or monochrome icons, which puzzles are free to play that day.

When a pirate logs in, they will also see, above the freeplay box, a tip of the day, and a list of locations they may whisk to. This will include any homes they have on their home island, and the inn on the island they are logging in to.

Crewless

A crewless pirate will only see a selection of missions and the box displaying the days freeplay puzzles status.

Crewed

A pirate in a crew will see a section on the left of their homepage showing recent news. This will have links to the release notes, and often, a forum link for discussion about the release. There will also be a section listing current ocean events, with links to the related forum threads.
