History
A statue on the northern plateau of the island reads "This island were fashioned by Birchle."
In the Asturias region of Spain, a Xana is a female water nymph. Xanas are benificial spirits, offering water or gold to travelers. They are able to bear children, but are unable to care for them - instead they steal a human baby from a cradle, and place their own baby there instead. The word "trummet" is German for trumpet, a musical instrument of the brass family.
Xana's Trummet is currently an uninhabitable island.
