Wind of Changes

Wind of Changes (WOC) is a dormant flag on the Hunter Ocean. It was founded on January 29th, 2011 by Vanhaahr, captain of Elite Vikings of Freedom (EVOF), and was originally from The Swarm.

History

As of June 11, 2011, Wind of Changes owns The Lowland Hundred, a medium island, governed by Vanhaahr.

§1. A superior officer must at all times be respected and obeyed

1- If a superior officer tells ye to do some thing to help the flag or crew

2- Respect the ranking decision of the superior officers

§2. Never board a ship at sea without asking for Permission to Board (PTB)

1- If the officer in charge says no (even if lower ranked) don't board

2- If u get no answer. don't board

§3. All members should be treated with respect no matter what rank he/she got

1- Superior officers should not try to take over a lower ranking officers pilly

2- Superior officers should not try to boss around lower ranking members

§4. Respect rules for our competitions and events.

1- If you sign up for a competition remember to pay entry fee

2- When major events if arranged don't start other things at the same time

§5. If online during a blockade you must at all time be there to help in our cading crew.

§6. If you like doing PVP only attack vessels one time. no multiple attacking the same vessel.

§7. In battle always team as told by the commanding officer.

1-SF teams of 2-3

2-RUMBLE teams of 3-4

Larger teams will make the defender stall and make it harder to kill it.

§8. Read new issues and keep up with the forum.

§9. NO BEGGING

§10. If you borrow an unlocked vessel restock it as before u borrowed it and port it at the same port.
