Promotion Requirements
We work, eat, sleep, and play as a team... important guidelines for rankings are:
Pirate: Broad in Carp - Bilge - Sail - Narrow in guns
Officer: Solid in Carp - Bilge - Sail - Guns - Narrow in BNav and have no Ables
- Officers must apply for training before promotion and be a member of the crew for 5 days or more. This lets us see how you interact with the crew and assess your suitability for this crew. You must not take a ship out until you have 1500-2000 poe in yer pocket for restock and paying workers if all does not battle well in plundering - Demotion to pirate for failure to comply. Do NOT buy your officer badge until instructed.

Fleet officer: Solid/Distinguished in Carp - Bilge - Sails - Guns - Bnav
- Trusted and competent crew member duties will be required for this position concerning vessel record keeping Overseeing of Officer issues for ship restocking - reporting issues to the SO
Senior officer: Solid/Respected in Carp - Bilge - Sails - Guns - BNav
- This is an extremely addicted member of the crew with the crews interest at heart and a well respected pirate to the Captain, duties will be numerous but will contain events organisational skills and and have a confident and helpful attitude to our passions, they WILL be the most Zealous passionate pirates within this crew!
All promotions and titles are only ranked by the captain. You may request a promotion if your stats comply and will be submitted to the captain for review. Please direct these to the SO only.
Ship coffers stealing is a demoteable and expulsion offence, you will be drawn and quartered (OM reported) and ye name placed for all to see to dishonour this practice.
