I edited #4 because the template automatically shows the tag without showing people how to do it. I separated the code from the double brackets and added a simple instruction. I hope that helps. :)
This is a very interesting event. I can see how it will help generate more entries to the ongoing Official Portrait Background Contest. However, the only iffy thing is that I would love to see a guarantee by either Nemo or an OM (or Ringers) to put the winning entry into the game.
