Defunct crews/flags and category sorting

Ahoy! Thanks for updating the various infoboxes. We really appreciate the help. One tip: When you see something like [[Category:Sage Ocean crews|Bob]], that's an indication that the page is being specially-sorted in the Category page. We use this mostly to ignore "The" and "A" at the start of crew names. When you mark a crew/flag as defunct, just add the word "Defunct" after the colon. Don't delete the category tag.
