Portrait background contest entries

Hidey ho. For the image tags for your portrait background entries, please use your forum username, like {{Portraitbackground|Anewstart}}. Also, please use the following filename format as mentioned in the rules: Art-YOUR_FORUM_NAME-filename.png Thanks & good luck with the contest! --Guppymomma 11:07, 21 November 2006 (PST)

Hi. Just a reminder that you can't cut-and-paste from other's images for the Portrait Background Contest. You might like to carefully read the rules again. Gail 23:37, 25 November 2006 (PST)
Again, read the directions I mention above for the filename and the summary field's image tag. You are doing it incorrectly again and your uploaded files are in danger of being deleted. --Guppymomma 19:07, 26 November 2006 (PST)

I really hope you're reading this, cuz i have no idea how to pm :-S... Ok i thought i could use pieces of other portraits (those ingame, made by Nemo) to use in my own portaits. Srry for that, i will change them. I just uploaded my distillery again, i hope i did it right this time lol. Ok about my name.. i got this login from PP, though 'Anewstart' is not my piratename....does that matter? As ye noticed, i'm green on YPPedia, so dont blame me for mistaking so much plz ;-) Thx!

If you actually take the time to read the directions not only does it say your own original art, but the image tag instructions say to use your forum/account name. --Guppymomma 15:49, 29 November 2006 (PST)

Images to be deleted

Ahoy. If you fail to follow the instructions above your images will be deleted from the YPPedia. There are over eight thousand images currently in the wiki with less than half of them in use in articles. The rest, like yours, can only be found if they are named and tagged properly. I'm going to wait a week, and then any file you uploaded that doesn't follow the proper naming conventions or license declaration will be deleted. There is no way to re-name the images you have already uploaded, so you'll have to upload them again. Thanks for your cooperation in keeping the wiki organized.--Fiddler 11:38, 21 November 2006 (PST)
