From what I can tell, you have set up your user page as an advertisement board, I believe that is not allowed on the wiki unless you set up a crew/flag page and that is the official public statement as it is on game. If you wish to advertise your crew/flag, I suggest going to the Cobalt Parley that can be found under the forums.
