First, you need an empty slot to put your Rhodin in. You may delete one of those other unimportant pirates, such as the blockade alt that holds all of your ship deeds. When you first click "Create New Pirate", you will be presented with a randomly generated alt. More often than not, it'll be completely wrong. You'll have to change it.
Choose the appropriate hairstyle and hair and skin colors. Rhodin's long, curly locks are found between the pigtails and that really short hair. It's not easy to miss.
The distinctive, and completely natural, blonde hair color can be found between red and grey.
The also completly natural well-tanned skintone can be found between the almost-tanned olive and the extremely tanned dark skin colors.
