You'll be a pirate if your name is yellow and you have atleast one stat at Distinguished+.
Officer :
You'll be an Officer if you have Solid Experience in at least two of the following duties, bilge - sail - carp - rigging. Atleast one of your stats must be Respected+ or three Distinguished.
