Pirate: As long as no ables in Sail, Carp and BIlge, master in the 3 primary stats or a nice duty report.

Officer: Must have 'pirate' stats. Bnav should be at least distinguished.

Fleet officer: Must have 'officer' stats. Should also have trust from Senior Officers and Captain.

Senior Officer: Have 'fleet officer' stats and have MAXIMUM trust from Captain and Senior Officers. Must be able to manage a crew as well.

For officers, attempt to keep a good relationship with fellow mates.

Biography

One morning, as Masterofall was planning which crew he should job for, he decided that perhaps it was time to create his very own crew. He gathered up his hearties and from there they set up a new crew called Turquoise Sea Terror. He doesn't know why he created such a crew with such a funky name but perhaps it was due to drinking too much rum the previous day. "Anyway, here goes nothing" he cried out to the vast sea beyond as he acquired his very first sloop.

Masterofall will always be thankful for financial and moral support of Kenchio, Hunterofdoom, and the rest of his many hearties around the vast ocean. Without them, there would be no Turquoise Sea Terror.
