Trionthewild
Trionthewild started playing in 2007 at the urging of his friends, Lotus and Wedge. He sails the Hunter Ocean. There have been a few occasions when he has forsaken the pirate's life and returned to his father's farm on Aimuari, using his sloop to transport goods to other islands. However, the farmers life is not for him and he has always returned to the pillaging, looting, and buried treasure. He sometimes goes simply as Trion.
Looking for a crew...
Trion searched for a crew that he could depend on for years, looking for one that fits his image of a great crew. He had just come back from one of his attempts at a normal life, to find that his old crew had up and disappeared. Knowing that the inn on Aimuari was a good place to get hired, he went there and quickly met Dasnoke, captain of the crew Dodge This. Dasnoke promoted him to Fleet Officer on the spot, welcoming Trion to the crew. Trion spent several weeks with Dodge This, but became discontented with the lack of active members and friendship among the members who were active. So Trion began to look for a new crew.
Keeping his ear to the ground paid off; one of Trion's hearties, Gsttgs, told him of a large crew that ran excellent pillages, Royal Angels FWF Stars. Trion went in search of this crew. He ask around at the inn but was disappointed with the old salts had to say (“There ain't a scurvy dog at sea in the waters around this island worth wastin' breath upon. But thanks fer the drink anyway matey. Arr!”). He eventually found Senior Officer Csi who hired him and promoted him to Fleet Officer again. It was a few weeks before Trion began to resent the trinity of women who led the crew: Fachana, Wattana, and Fonticha. They were good leaders by some measurements, like being able to keep a large crew in line, but they were somewhat unforgiving and quick to force pirates to walk the plank. So Trion once again started to keep an ear out for good crews.
Then, he found a captain who was looking for Fleet Officers on the notice board. Asking around, Trion learned that the crew The Danger Of Dreams , strives to be a friendly, fun-loving crew. Trion rented a carrier pigeon and sent it off to the captain, Kingcaptn. Kingcaptn agreed to meet with Trion and when Trion mentioned that he was looking for a new crew he promoted Trion to Fleet Officer.
The Danger Of Dreams however, merged with Hatchet Ryders over night. Upset, Trion talked to Kingcaptn who was now ranked as a SO and listed as a "Co-captain" in the crew. Kingcaptn told Trion that he was going to clean up the crew. Reassured Trion stayed with Hatchet Ryders and made friends with a few of the other. The crew did good and went all the way up to 3rd in Hunter. But then the good pirates started leaving because of the untested officers, stealing, and a lack of good leadership. Trion was once again off to find a new crew.
It was some time after this that Trion found Abundant Addictions. Where he has stayed most content for some time.
Accomplishments
- Gained the rank of officer in May of 2007 and has started to run slightly successful pillages every now and then.
- He has achieved legendary standing in carpentry, sailing, and foraging, but was unable to hold onto them.
- He has scored a Incredible in sailing, carpentry, foraging, navigating, and treasure hauling.
- He lead the crew of his ship, the Dear Cod, to a victory in a event blockade at Aimuari Island on 4/10/2010.
