The Story
Kazlan of the Viridian Ocean has lost something of great importance to him. He has forgotten what it was. All he remembers is that it was stolen and he was given clues as to where his item was.
The Message
The message that was left in his home was as follows:
It lays in a place recently won In a place known to us all, Boring to few but to some it be fun The balance rises and falls.
When the tide rises this place becomes visible for all to see.

Reward
Kazlan is offering a reward for the recovery of this artifact. Whoever finds it will be told the prize, if they do not want it, who ever was next gets it and so on.
Another Clue
The thief has left another clue for Kazlan, it reads:
I'm made of green and partial red, a hint of gold atop my head, I lay down inside a place, waiting for someone to remove me from this space.
When the Sun and the Moon collide, the tides will rise, the land will fall, and the world will fall into utter chaos.
