The Screaming Skulls is a flag on the Viridian Ocean. It was founded on August 7, 2005. Currently, the flag is inactive.
In its heyday, the monarch was Kornflake, first mate of the Dinero Por Sangre, formerly the Culo Hunters. The flag reached 1,000 members within its first 48 hours of existence. A new flag has been formed, however, with essentially the identical population and ideals of The Screaming Skulls—the Imperial Coalition.
