Cabin Person - Received upon joining crew. Pirate - Has been with the crew for at least one pillage and has shown a considerable amount of loyalty to the crew.
Officer - Has been with the crew for a minimum of one week. Pirate portrays substantial desire to participate in the crew and is active. Upon receiving the officer rank you will be have to complete the officer test (refer below).
Fleet Officer - Pirate has shown their ambition towards the crew and has gained the trust of the Captain, and other crew peers.
Senior Officer - Chosen by me and other Senior Officers. Pirate has shown the utmost dedication to the crew and has the trust of the Captain and 3 other Senior Officers.
Captain - If I am going on leave, it will be appointed to the person who I trust most.
Officer Test - Must succesfully complete a 3-5 battle pillage (chosen by the supervisor) with a maximum of one loss.
