Public statement

We are fat and happy in Notorious. Please do NOT ask me to join your flag. *Now Recruiting* Owning a ship is the only requirment to become an officer...for a limited time only.

Extended public statment

Please Read the Crews Rules:

No cursing, dirty jokes, or anything else that may be offensive.

Please limit AIM speak to what the game automatically turns into an emote such as lol, brb, afk, or rofl. Some of us are old, and are not fluent in that language.

Anyone is welcome to join, but please don't ask during a battle, you will be given the chance to join in between battles if you must leave, and in port.

FOR ALL SHIPS at sea with ONLY ONE person aboard!!! If there is only one person on a ship at sea, using crew chat, not tells, ask for permission to board by saying "PTB <ship's name>". Then wait for an answer. If you don't get an answer, assume that the officer on board is working on memorizing league points, or on a trade run, so go find something else to do.

There is no need to ask PTB for ships in port, or at sea with multiple folks on it, or if the "Call All Hands" sounder has been sent out for that ship.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~Things that will earn you a -1 while at sea ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Leaving the ship before a sea battle is over, even if you're already eliminated

Staying for only one battle

Repeated asking about dividing the booty, begging, trades or challenges while at sea or spamming the chat screen. (Likely to earn a planking as well)

Refusing to station (Also likely to earn a planking)

The ship comes first. You may be needed to do a puzzle that you're not fond of; please at least try to do the station you are asked to do.

If you need to leave between battles, please let the Officer in Charge know before you leave so that they can cover your station if needed.

Teaming The little dots next to the heads on the other side are us. The pirate you're on will have a white box around it. The goal is to have 2 dots on each one of the other crew. No more than 3 or less than 2 unless we have no choice. Stall if you have more than 2 dots next to you. Check the teaming often because it can change at any time.

Promotions:

PIRATE: Simply join as a full member.

OFFICER: 3 Broads with at least one Distinguished standing in the core puzzles. Complete the Officer Training OR own your own ship.

FLEET OFFICERS and SENIOR OFFICERS are not recruited and requirements are listed in the private statement.
