Pirate: You will be promoted to pirate as soon as you join.
Officer: In order to be an officer you must own a ship. If abused you will be dropped back down to pirate.
Fleet Officer:You must be completely trusted by the crew and my self. You are almost a captain and can change ranks you have alot of power you must be trusted with it.
You may ask to join when every you feel comfortable but it will take time for me to get to you don't ask repetitively or I will no longer accept your application.
Senior Officer: You are beside me almost you are very powerful and thus I must trust you completely this will not come easy mind you.
