The Grand Line was a crew on the sage ocean that started out small and grew somewhat big, big enough to have the captain go temporarily crazy. The captain of The Grand Line was Luffylepirat otherwise known as Luffy. Luffy, shortly after creating the crew, then made the flag One Piece.
