One Piece was a flag on the Sage Ocean. It was formed by Luffylepirat on May 16, 2006.
History
Barely three weeks old, One Piece blockaded Basset Island in Basset V. They lost most of their ships in the first round, and did not contend in later rounds.
Luffy was on the grand frigate he brought into the blockade and had sunk. The reason he thinks his flag lost that blockade was due to the lack of pirates and moreover the lack of pirates working on all ships. All the ships he lost due to the blockade were: a grand frigate, a merchant galleon, a war brig, a merchant brig, a cutter and 2 sloops.
