The Eldritch Raiders is a small crew, operating primarily in the Emerald Archipelago. Originally based on Guava Island (which was originally intended to be the fleet headquarters), the Eldritch Raiders now operate out of Spring Island.
Aims and Ideals
The Eldritch Raiders was originally intended to be a flotilla of small vessels (such as Sloops and Cutters). However, due to various complications, such as losses through unlucky pillages, Poker games and spending elsewhere, the Eldritch Raiders have not yet obtained a vessel larger than a Sloop. They do, however, own a Row House, in which Lylax and Stebbo reside.
The Eldritch Raiders are at present seeking to build up the fleet once more; following the departure of the original First Mate, Stebbo sold his vessel to purchase the Row House, leaving only the Inexpensive Gar.
Raiding History
Due to the lack of a significant fleet, the Eldritch Raiders primarily earn money via Jobbing on other Fleets. However, the Eldritch Raiders have seen some exciting actions, including defeating Admiral Finius on the 19th September 2007.
The crew was officially disbanded on the 2nd May 2009.
Trivia
"Eldritch" means "Weird".
The catchphrase of the Crew, "Drink up, me Hearties, Yoho!" is taken from Pirates of the Caribbean
