Welcome to Hazzard County!!! Currently recruiting pirates/officers

At the moment we are rebuilding and need plenty of active players, including officers!
To be accepted to the crew : Just ask. Especially at the end of one of our pillages.
Upon acceptance into the crew, you will be promoted to Pirate or Office rank depending on your skills.
One officer who brings most poes from pillys are awarded free Officers badge.

History
The Dukes of Hazzard is a small, experienced crew composed of sailors who have been playing Puzzle Pirates for usually nearly a year. Although the name seems new, this crew has been sailing under the name Free Pizza since 2007, once being listed as #1 crew in Hunter Ocean.
The Dukes of Hazzard was once under the leadership of Earlman, with senior officers being Figie, Jdrman and Schtirlitz. This crew's rank system is organized strictly by stats. We currently have 65 ships owned by crew members, with a large portion of those unlocked for crew use.
The crew previously flew the flag gems.
Crew articles
1. Promotion
- Do not ask for promotion. Hard work and respect will be noticed, and will lead to a promotion.
- To be a candidate for an Officer:
- Bilge: Broad/Distinguished
- Sail: Broad/Distinguished
- Navigation: Broad/Able
- BNavigation: Broad/Able
- Gunning: Broad/Able
- Carpentry: Broad/Distinguished
- Should have Leadership and be Responsible enough to run pillages.
2. Officer's responsibilities
- Leading pillages.
- Always read officer's bullet-in board at the helm.
- Check ship's hold before starting.
- DO NOT ABANDON THE SHIP - you may not leave the vessel until you port and divide the booty. Ye may ask a fellow officer to board and finish yer pilly if you absolutely must go.
- Restocking the ship after the pilly.
- Check ships bulletin board for restocking requirements.
- Respect yer mates!
- Have fun! (It's an order :) )
- Obey orders and honour requests of higher ranks. This especially goes about scheduled events like blockades and such.
3. Fleet officers
- To be qualified as Fleet Officer:
- Bilge: Broad/Distinguished
- Sail: Broad/Distinguished
- Navigation: Broad/Able
- BNavigation: Broad/Distinguished
- Gunning: Broad/Distinguished
- Carpentry: Broad/Distinguished
- You must qualify as regular officer
- Have crew's and officer's trust
- Be proficient at Battle Navigation
- Be proficient at trading & know how to manage business
Qualifying as FO will not automatically make you FO.
- Duties of Fleet officer
All regular officer's duties plus:
- Watching fleet restocking, investigating & reporting if needed
- Teaching & training of officers
- Proposing of a pirate to the rank of officer when asked to do so by SO or Captain
4. Senior officers
Should be highly trusted by existing SO's and Captain.
Propose/present promotions/demotions into/from Officers rank
Senior Officers are decided upon by the current Captain and his cabinet of current Senior Officers. They are decided on a case-by-case basis.
5. Ship owners
Your vessel officer bulletin board should contain:
- Crew Fleet OR Personal
- Preffered port: [any OR names]
- Owner: State yourself
- Commanding Instructions: Instructions / rules on who may / maynot etc.
- Stocks: Designate stocks amount
- Restocking: List shoppes you would prefer to restock with.
- Other notes: Any other notes here including messages from pillaging officers

Conditions and rules of demotion
- Gross misconduct
- Undermining crew's deeds (few ocasions)
- Being grossly unsubordinate
- Normally one will be demoted one rank at a time, with few exceptions. All demotions will be by council of Capt and SO's.
