History
The Black Navy was originally founded February 17, 2006 and was refounded 30 December, 2006.
By August of 2007 The Black Navy had left the flag of Dies Irae to sail under the flag of Red Sun.
In September 2007, The Black Navy joined Riot.

Welcome to The Black Navy, We are a flag that has fun, pillages and is maybe looking to blockade.

Promotion requirements
- Pirate: As soon as a peeps subs.
- Officer: As soon as you have a ship and you have had training in running a pilly.
- Fleet officer: When a peep can max a brigand in bnav and has the Captains and SO's trust.
- Senior officer: At the Captains and SO's discretion.
