Crew Rules
Rules: Due to theft, and complaints about disrespect, actions of punishment will be taken if a rule is infringed. Only captain can give punishments, They are as follows: (3 strikes)
1) Warning and the title "wench" or "urchin"
2) Demotion
3)Expulsion from the crew And if it’s bad enough... BLACKSPOT! (note strikes only can be given by the captain, and may be subject to change)
Ranks
Cabin person = nothing
Pirate = Have 1 Broad and the Badge
Officer = Must have distinguished in carp, bilge, sail and Respected Bnav
Fleet Officer = Have respected in carp, bilge, sails and master Bnav
Senior Officer = must have master or above in carp sails and renowned Bnav or above
Captain = NO CHANCE!
Pillages
Rules with Pillages: Must schedule all pillages with captain, first mate, or the issue board. May only leave when there is a full ship or close to full. May attack PVP's only when there is full ship and good supplies, and
