Usage

These usage notes will not be included in articles bearing this template.

This template is used to reference a crew.

To use it, use the following syntax:

{{crew|crew name}}

The template takes the name of the crew, and checks if it exists. If it does, it provides a link to the page. If it doesn't yet exist, it won't link the page. In the future, if the wanted page turns up, it will link to it.

For example:

{{crew|Fandango Familiars}} yields Fandango Familiars. {{crew|The Wibbly Wobbly bunch}} yields The Wibbly Wobbly bunch.

In the rare event that a crew name is ambiguous, such as Cold Steel, then a second parameter has to be used.

{{crew|page location|crew name}}

As such:

{{crew|Cold Steel (crew)|Cold Steel}} yields Cold Steel (crew)

This will display the crew name as exactly 'Cold Steel', but will avoid the disambiguation page.

Template:Crew may be used for flags, but it is better to use Template:Flag, which will perform exactly the same purpose as this.
