The flag Teh Booch is no more. In their time they were headed by the pirate Blackmaria. Teh Booch functioned on two simple rules: 1) Sink them before they sink you 2) If you can't follow rule #1 leave the flag. Teh Booch enjoyed wars with many of the top flags on the ocean. Most of the flags members chose to join the flag Vanguard, because of Vanguard's attitudes towards war.
