Tayto, recently referred to as simply Tay, is a pirate in the Femme Fatales crew on the Emerald Ocean. He is an Ensign in the Arakoua Island Navy.

Biography
Tayto has made a recent appearance on the Emerald Ocean. Learning his trade as a jobber for various crews, he finally settled on joining the Femme Fatales crew were he is currently ranked as a pirate.
Having a strange and permanent sense of de ja vu, Tayto seems to remember having done all this before.
