Cleanup

- Regarding the 12 June cleanup, I consider captaincies and kingships to be important enough to warrant individual mention. They link the pirate to the histories of the crews and flags mentioned. If it's too messy at the top, perhaps we should create a 'timeline' or 'history' section at the bottom? --AtteSmythe 10:01, 12 June 2006 (PDT)
