Forum link
The forum link doesn't link to the correct thread. I tried searching around for the correct one, but found nothing. Do we delink it, make a note about it being broken or leave it? --Sagacious (talk) 04:49, 29 June 2010 (UTC)
- Many of the old forum links point to wrong threads. It seems there was a renumbering of thread-ids at some point in the past. I guess for now it would be helpful to collect those links, as it would be preferrable to find the right threads. --Alfwyn 10:03, 29 June 2010 (UTC)
- You can force the forum search to limit the age of the thread to more than a year - by altering the days parameter in the search URL. I tried a few of these searches for keywords like "sword" "strike" and "pattern" that were at least 2300 days old - or sometime in early 2004 and older - and didn't return anything that resembled the intended thread. - Having guessed that you already tried several searches, I used a low-tech approach and looked at Game Design for threads with a date around the release date. And for really difficult cases we can probably poke Faulkston. --Alfwyn 15:32, 29 June 2010 (UTC)
