Storage room

The Right-upgraded palace's storage room is the first room on the right as you enter the palace. I named it this because it seemed to have a collection of miscellaneous furniture filled with stuff. --Barrister 01:09, 15 March 2006 (PST)

Old Right-facing Upgraded Palace

I have a few screenshots of the old look of the right-facing upgraded palace. They're small and not that great in quality, but they might be of interest. I'll post them if anyone thinks they'd be of any value. If not, they can remain in my dusty vaults for eternity. --Lilly 00:32, 7 January 2007 (PST)

Palace is "upgrade" of fort?

As I understand it, a palace is a (de facto) upgrade of a fort, even though the palace can itself in turn be upgraded further.

If this is so, then I have an immediate follow-up question, the answer to which I believe should be incorporated into the palace's article: That is, when upgrading a fort into a palace, does the governor have any ability to change the location and/or orientation of the new palace (from the original location/orientation of the fort)? Or does the new palace *require* the exact same location and orientation as the fort?

(Fannon, you're a former governor; do you recall this answer?) Thanks in advance! -- Franklincain (t/c) 13:54, 28 August 2012 (PDT)

the upgrade from fort to palace is just that- an upgrade. You aren't placing a new building, which is the only time you get to see the placement stuffs. (it requires you to stand outside). I'm on my phone atm so can't double check but I'm pretty sure the fort upgrade is done through the estate agent just like the other ones. --Fannon 14:03, 28 August 2012 (PDT)
Looking at the real estate agent, it says "Fort upgrade to palace". Upgrades done through the estate agent require you just sticking the deed in, it doesn't give any other fancy options. --Fannon 16:28, 4 September 2012 (PDT)

Floorplans

I have the deeds to the infrastructure buildings on Garden Cradle, but there's been a large amount of prop destruction in them by prior owners. Anyone think there's much of a point in doing the floorplans for the applicable buildings despite this? --Thunderbird 03:05, 27 March 2018 (UTC)

You can petition for a palace reset. Not sure about the other buildings. --Budclare2 08:03, 27 March 2018 (UTC)
