Since the birth date falls within the Golden Age of Piracy (1560s - 1720s), it could be considered to be consistent with the Y!PPedia universe. Tuscan necromancer is a fairly consistent roleplay matching the presence of skellies and potion-making apothecaries.

The term "Morte secca" in Tuscan vernacular stands for the symbol of the skull over crossed bones (Jolly Roger).

Explanations of the origin of a pirate's name are great as long as they're not too anachronistic. Mind you such anachronistic explanations usually are for anachronistic names like Machinegun.

Mortesecca was born on All Souls' Day (formal Catholic name: Commemoratio omnium Fidelium Defunctorum)

The feast was established before the Golden Age of Piracy, so is probably fine if it is included.

Tuscany can't be found on or reached from the Sage Ocean. It's sort of strange to reference historical figures who existed in the real universe as opposed to the Yohoho! Puzzle Pirates universe. From the latter universe's point of view, these "real" people are actually fictional. It's almost as though Yohoho! Puzzle Pirates is an alternate universe with a separate existence.

Roleplay is good but see above for the note about real-world places and people. What may work, although some YPPedia editors may still consider the facts too out of game, is to rewrite this without specific places and people e.g. Mortesecca healing the son of a great ruler who had fallen from his horse and suffered internal bleeding, being found out for practicing necromancy and being sought for arrest.

It is said that fleeding to Livorno, where he embarked for Sage Ocean, Mortesecca cast a curse on Medici family that slowly led to the fall of Florentine house.

This could be rewritten as Mortesecca fleeing the ruler's city / province and laying a curse on the ruler's house which slowly led to its fall.
