Proposed deletion

I have mixed feelings about the proposed deletion. We've adopted a policy that clearly allows the page if the pirate were still active. And there's really no exception in the policy for pirates that no longer exist. I'd be happier if, perhaps, we amended the policy before deleting this page. I feel like we're not really lacking in space so deletion wouldn't really do anything particularly helpful (granted the article doesn't do anything particularly helpful in its current state). Could we possibly just un-ocean tag it and re-tag it with a category like Pirate articles in limbo? --Guppymomma 20:28, 2 August 2006 (PDT)

Oppose deletion. I put the article in past tense, so beside not knowing what the character looked like, the article has about as much information as many other pirate articles. --AtteSmythe 21:10, 2 August 2006 (PDT)

This is former captain Mirado. Im back now... probibly never going to be the lump of coal i once was... but im back. So, i say that my wiki entry doesnt get deleted.
