Issue with the example

The example has employee B using two labor hours in a single hour. Is this actually possible with a standard labor badge? (24 hour limit, it probably is on a subscription ocean or with a deluxe labor badge, since those have higher limits). --Thunderbird 05:09, 24 September 2010 (UTC)
