There are more things. Charts from shipyards, bid tickets, free portraits and trading post stuff comes to mind. Do we want to mention deeds for buildings? Not sure they all fit the "delivery or purchase" part, but charts certainly do --Alfwyn 22:05, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
