portrait

how do i change my portrait? i want the one with me and the purple octo in the blue and pink outfit

Download the portrait you want to be displayed on your computer, by right-clicking it and select "save image" when viewing it on your pirate page reached by the link under the infobox. Be sure to select the big version of the portrait. After that click on the image in the infobox and select "Upload a new version of this file". After uploading the new version you will probably need to refresh your browser cache to see the change (Firefox: hold down Shift while clicking Reload, IE: hold Ctrl while clicking Refresh). --Alfwyn 12:02, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
