• Are you able to provide the prizes even if participation is low?
  
• If you are, consider dropping the entrance fee of 100 poe...even though you set it extremely low, I learned with my whisking parties that 1 poe is not low enough to prevent folks from turning their nose up, LOL. They really, really remember events that were free, and tend to forget those that are not.
  
• What are you doing to make sure you get enough volunteers? Have you already started trying to organize that? I might suggest offering rewards to your volunteersm, to give them incentive to defeat the participants.
  
• How do you plan to enforce the limit of 6 per sloop?
