Under "platform" you should list the ocean this event is to take place on. Also, to the best of my knowledge OM's will not be judging any events, you can try to find volunteers to help judge if necessary. To avoid debate as to who won when racing accross the island I suggest having a volunteer on each side. Then participants can race to one side and say anything to the volunteer (without using /tell). The volunteer on the right side will easily be able to see who won, all they need do is see who talked to them first (of course they will confirm the win by communicating with the volunteer on the left side).
