Which ocean do you actually intend to run this on?

I'm confused by your question. I can do this on any ocean as it is flexible enough to do it on any oceans. I would actually hope that this might become a standard thing with a temp familiar like the OCLs one day. To make sure that alts wouldn't be from other oceans, I would suggest that the competition would be held on the same day for all oceans to avoid people competing for familiars on other oceans. If I'm required to pick an ocean, which I don't think was made clear to me, I can do that and reformat the entry.

• The idea is that you're proposing a specific event, and while the idea might be adaptable to any ocean, which of them would you personally run it on during the two weeks in March that events are being run? Where do you personally have the resources and contacts to make this event happen? Where do you most want to run it?
