I'm fairly certain I've now seen at least two other flags adopt this convention for use in a war, either in whole or in part, and so I thought it warranted its own page in the Paedia. After looking through the categories, it seems vaguely to fit in both the Terminology and the Forums categories. Please correct the categorization if I'm mistaken. --Feegle 11:29, 1 March 2006 (PST)
