To receive a title please ask the captain or one of the Senior Officers. Senior Officers may pick their own title.

RANKS

I rank my crew on trust, experience, loyalty, how long you have been in the crew, and how often you play. Everyone is immeditly a pirate-CP(Cabin Person) is a punnishment. Anyone with a ship is instantly an Officer.

Senior Officer - Need to know everything that has to do with a pillage (stock, officerboard, chart, hire, order to stations, plank, port, deport, auto-target, configure voyage, vessel records, turnabout, divide booty, and sail). They must also have a good bit of experiance. They must also be trusted by me and all of my current SOs.

Fleet Officer - Need to know how to run a pillage properly (stock, officerboard, chart, hire, order to stations, plank, turnabout, port, deport, auto-target, configure voyage, divide booty, and sail), on top of haveing some experiance, they need my trust and the trust of at least half of my SOs.

Officer - Need to know the basics of pillaging (stock, officerboard, sail, port, deport, chart, and turnabout) and some experiance.

HIRING

We are hiring anyone at the moment but we are hoping to get someone who has a ship. Also we are looking for a part of the crew that will play during the night (must of this crew plays in game time) so that if the flag or one of our allies has a blockade scedualed and needs help we can help them out.
