hi all i am the cap vikkeruler. Just so you know it this crew is Norwegian, but everyone is welcome of course. -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- PROMOTIONS
cabin person: just ask me or any O,FO or SO.
pirate: just have the badge and the stuff above
Midshipman license: 3 piracy broad and 1 solid
Oficcer: been in the crew for 5days or more and i will concider. And you need midshipman license
Quartermasters license: 2 solid and 3 broads or 1 weigthy and rest broad
Fleet officer: This is mine decision, and you need quartermasters license.
Liutenant license: 3 solid and 2 broad in piracy. Lead one succseful pillage.
Senior officer: This is only my choice (Vikkeruler) you need liutenant license. If you have a boat you only need 2 broad.

IF a boat sinks the crew will save up for a new ship to that guy who lost the ship.
We will take 20% of all ship hold every 3days until we have enough money for a new ship.
Once a week i will also take 10% of all the ships hold yo save up for big ships or small ships that will be unlocked so anybody that is officer or higher rank can sail the boat.
Officer, Fleet officer and Senior officer rules. Never steal from booty. If you do you will be reported
Never port the boat at an island that is unhabbtiable(it goes no ferry there)
ALWAYS restock. If you did not restock after a pillage you will have to pay for restock later. if this happens to many times you will demoted.
Never steal charts.
