Billy has taken over from Luckylad, who has had to take a leave of absence.
History
Second Breath was created by Luckylad when his old crew Alere flammam Veritatis left the flag Veracious Tenacity to join Dies Irae on Midnight Ocean. Having been a founder member of Veracious Tenacity he found he couldn't just slip into another flag that easily, especially as he didn't know anyone in that flag. Duty called Lucky away so BB stepped up to be captain mid-2011.
