Nice Public Statement right???
I am Tman, Captain of SR. We are a crew that like's to get more people and pilly alot. I know alot of crew's say they like to pilly but they never do. We are looking for people who have a drive to work hard and climb our ranks. Sorry Lazy, Couch Patatoes. This crew is not for you.
Our Crew's Promotion/Ranks is in our Private Statement. You can ask any Officer+ and they will put you in the right spot. We would like people who are able to afford a badge to be in our crew.
We are looking for a good flag for now. But do not send random invitations. If you would like our crew in your flag, please talk to me first.
Our Crew is built from Loyal Worker's. We all our in charge of the crew. Senior Officer's our my first mate's and the leaders. Fleet Officer's are learning how to be a good leader. Officer's are in charge of running tons and tons and tons of pilly's. :)

Crew Rules
- All officers are asked to pillage every time they are logged on.
- One is asked to have an enjoyable experience.
- A sense of humor is required
Ranks
- Cabin person - None. If one shows behavior that requires punishment, they are sentenced to banishment.
- Officer - Automatic rank for individuals with yellow names.
- Fleet officer - To achieve this rank you must own a ship, sport a badge, & be trusted by the crew.
- Senior officer - Much trust from the captain.
