Scarbelle washed up on the Cerulean Ocean in December 2012 after having drowned previously in the Midnight Ocean on a mysterious pirate. She roams the Cerulean Ocean as an Independent Pirate. However, she often pops in and out of crews, some of those being; Never said I was Nice & Midnight Magic.
