The savvy crossbones hat is a clothing item that is only available to purchasers of a downloadable content (DLC) pack on the Dark Seas. It is not available on other oceans. The hat never decays, and cannot be traded or placed in a trade window.
Unlike the original savvy hat, players cannot choose the color of their savvy crossbones hat(s). The primary color depends on which of the DLC packs is purchased; the secondary color is randomly chosen from the colors available for that primary color.
