Rustysgate is fleet officer and taskmaster of the crew Raisin' a Raucous and a member of the flag Menaces. He is a lieutenant in the Guava Island Navy in the Emerald Archipelago and sails the Midnight Ocean. He also used to be in the crew Midnight Menaces.
