Apply the Brigand-Prod

From the Release Notes:
Bug fixes: Fix swordfights and rumbles not starting on pillages and in Atlantis. Fix parlor game settings not being stored between games. Don't allow the ship's wheel item in shoppe portraits. Allow pirates with Officer, Senior Officer and Captain badges to battle nav from the puzzle board as well as pirates with Pirate badges.
