Reigning Steel was the takeover of the crew Steel Envy which was the combination of the flag Steel Envy and the crew Aqua Flames. The crew was based in the Diamond Archipelago but many of the members had their homes in the Emerald Archipelago. Reigning Steel stayed out of blockades and did not send ships out if someone declared war on them.

Pirates who wanted to join the crew just asked and then they would be allowed to join. Once they subscribed, the crew would automatically promote them to officer, and once they had shown that they could sail a ship by themselves they would be promoted to fleet officer. To become a senior officer they simply had to own a ship or if they were in a merge and they were a senior officer in their previous crew, then they would be one in Reigning Steel. Kanim joined on November 1, 2005 in a crew merge.

This crew no longer exists, and has been changed to The Ryoukenza.
