Red mist was a crew, of the flag Ad Infinitum, on the Sage Ocean. The former captain was Barbagris. It is a fairly small crew having the policy of "the crew is a family", and so it was founded in honesty and cooperation, now sailing around Barbary Island but its crew members can be found all over the Sage Ocean.
History
Kandas, Greengrass and Barbagris left their last crew Rise of the black pearl after having some problems with the captain, they made themselves a crew in which they could feel comfortable and safe. As an agreement of the three, Barbagris became the captain, paying the crew creation fee, but not for that being more important than the rest. Some time after the creation some other ex-crew members joined, such as Diegold and Javierbs (which soon got dormant) everything ran well, the crew went on many adventures, CIng and SMHing with a sloop (mostly everytime sinking), pillaged the seas getting more and more members. Not much time later, Fireorb joined, who's entuthiastic mood always cheered on the crew. Another great crew member joining was Lindi, who had played before but got bored, she joined the crew and quickly got everyone's trust, becoming a senior officer quite fast. Time passed and the crew was still small, so they decided to join a flag to make friends, but things didn't go quite well and they had to leave, as they once again had the same problem as they had with their last crew, they decided to make their own flag, in order to be left in peace. The name of the flag was proposed by Barbagris because it was his last crew's name, having the catchy and meaningfull motto "libertas spiritus infinita est!" (the freedom of the spirit is infinite). But the story is not yet over, the adventure goes on and on, more things to discover, more people to meet, a future unsure... except one thing, Red mist came to stay, and no obstacle shall stop it.

Extended Public Statement
Ahoys again all the brave ones that got up to tis' part, 'ere be some things ye should know of tis' fine crew before trying anything!
1.- Tis' be a crew of rum lovers but like to share it, so we don't accept selfish people playing fer their own
2.- We like to have fun, so don't be a jackanape barrelstopper and try to be nice with everyone, and so we'll be with ye ; D (tis' includes high an' low thievery among the crew, insulting, begging insistently and overall not being nice to yer crewmembers)
3.- Fer the people that like to be ranked, we'll do as following:
- Cabin person: Just ask nicely fer it :P
- Pirate: Just be in the crew as long as i see ye at least 2 times
- Officer: This is most likely a training FO, so ye'll have tis' rank when ye have the potential to go in a pillage by thyself, this means ye need to have some like to a duty station, and gunning.
- Fleet officer: Tis' be a rank where ye need our trust, ye'll earn it when ye have our trust (SOs and me, the cap'n). Still, no ship is needed.
- Senior officer: Just me choice
- Captain: Be a senior officer and ye have a slightly possibility of becoming it one day
