Cabin Person-refer people to this crew.

Pirate- Will be called upon to do jobs.

Officer- You may take sloops out, refer people, promote them up to pirate, and will be trusted with tasks.

Fleet Officer-May take ships out that are between sloop and baghlah

Senior Officer- May take out ships up to War Brig (when we get one =] ), may promote people up to officer, and will be trusted with alot of responsibility.
