Qis is a senior officer in the crew Sealords Armada and a prince of the flag Imperial Rednecks. He is mainly based on the Emerald Ocean.
If not found to be taking a swig of rum over cards within Admiral Inn, he is probably not logged on. However, if /w'ing Qis resides in finding him in another location, this is not the real Qis and the culprit Qis should be approached with caution, and sweets.
